Since 1983, Michael L. Homa has been associated with Pascal-Turner, Ltd. and other affiliated companies.  Michael has been instrumental in the expansion of Pascal-Turner, Ltd. in property management, manufactured home sales in multiple counties in Maryland and most recently with modular home sales in Baltimore Metropolitan area.  Michael has been very active in the past in local Chambers of Commerce.

Pamela A. Elste
Vice President of Administration

Pamela Elste has been associated with Pascal-Turner, Ltd. and other affiliated companies since 1986. Pam began her tenure with Pascal-Turner Ltd. as a receptionist then moved into the accounting department and is responsible for accounting and administration.  Ensuring that our client companies and customers receive prompt and quality service has been the standard for Pam for so many years with the company.

William T. Poole, Jr.

Mr. William T. Poole, Jr is co-founder of Pascal-Turner, Ltd.
Mr. Poole has served the manufactured housing industry on a national, regional and state level as a board member of the following organizations: Board of Directors of Manufactured Housing Educational Institute, Northeast Manufactured Housing Association (past chairman), Manufactured Housing Institute of Maryland, MHI Communities Council Board of Governors and Instructor for the “Accredited Community Manager” national education and certification program.

Mr. Poole has developed Pascal-Turner, Ltd. into a multi-divisional management and sales company that has been both nationally and regionally recognized for its high standards and practices.

Barry P. Gossett
Chairman of the Board

Mr. Barry P. Gossett is a co-founder of Pascal-Turner, Ltd. Mr. Gossett’s expertise is based on his years in the mobile office and modular building industries. From 1970 to 1986, Mr. Gossett was the Chairman of Board of Williams Mobiles Offices and subsequently Williams Scotsman. Currently, Mr. Gossett is the Chief Executive Office of Action Mobile Industries.
