1989 to 2004: Oakdale into Peppermint Woods
Pascal-Turner, Ltd. transformed a 520 site 1947 built trailer park from Oakdale into the award winning 248 site community of Peppermint Woods. In 1991, Pascal-Turner Homes won a regional Model Display award from AUTOMATED BUILDER magazine. In 1997, Peppermint Woods won the “Best Land-Lease Community Upgrade Redevelopment in US” from MHI.
1998 to 2000 Southern Mobile Home Park into St. Clement’s Crossing
Pascal-Turner, Ltd. was hired by Chateau’s Communities N’Tandem division to transform this older community into viable manufactured land-lease community.
