 Anne Arundel, Baltimore and Harford Counties are blessed with the miles of shoreline on the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries. At Pascal-Turner Homes we understand the desire for homeowners to capture the beauty of the waterfront view into as many aspects of the interior of their new home as possible. In addition, as a builder we recognize and understand the necessary parameters in the design and building process essential to protecting the critical bay environment.
Our unique Waterfront Collection designs are based on the design concept that most waterfront land parcels are long and narrow in profile. With that reality, our Waterfront Collections showcase a more formal street-side with a traditional home entrance and then orient the primary interior living areas such as living room, morning room and master bedroom to capture the waterfront view.
Our Waterfront Collection homes are in many cases elevated with raised basements above the flood plain. Several of our homes owners have incorporated elevators in their new home designs in an effort to ensure the longevity and improve their quality of life with their spectacular water view.
