Thank you for your interest in Pascal-Turner Homes Modular Home division. As advertised, we can custom build up to 6,000 Sq. Ft. on your lot with either your floor plan or ours. We are a licensed Maryland Home builder that features the modular home building process and all the benefits that process provides such as quicker building timeframe, efficiencies of volume material purchase and quality of control in building the home in a factory, using 20% more lumber than a site built home.
The new home building process is challenging to say the least. Pascal-Turner Homes will act as general contractor to manage every aspect of the building project. We will be more than happy to sit down with you and listen to you explain your goals on the new home project. We will visit your site and prepare a thorough detailed quote on the entire project which will be provided to you free of any costs. We realize that people hesitate to move forward with their decision to build a new home because they are concerned as to whether all the costs of the home building budget are accounted for and are consistent with their financing.
